Horrible, very dirty hotel, the spider web wall, the tattoos on the nose, the bathroom was never cleaned, even more so a very expensive value, not worth half the price.

Attentive receptionist, very good morning coffee, great location, elevator, small room, good bed the least good was the bathroom that didn't have a window, we checked in at the right time and the check-out he gave us a good tolerance

Simple and good

The location of the hotel is perfect and the service team at the counter too, but the rest left to wish. I stayed alone, so the room would be with a couple bed, but actually they were 2 single together and there was a height difference so it was horrible to sleep, the bed linen also didn't seem clean. In the room there was no face towel, there was no lamp in the bathroom, the TV control didn't work and the shower was placed in a way that didn't have the way to temper the water, because the force of the water that comes out of the two taps makes the water hit the box, so the option was to take a very hot bath or I was almost frozen.

Not recommended

The pictures are wrong! The breakfast is empty, the presumptuous old man! The rooms are empty of clean clothes! The reception staff are very crowded, they lose their keys and besides having only one elevator for a high flow of people! We wait for more than 20 minutes to take the elevator and get down! I don't tell anyone to stay in this hotel.

I'm giving an evaluation because I can't get from zero, worst experience of my life. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the morning, but check-in was at 14:00, so far all right, we were very tired because we are from another city and we traveled almost all night, we went out for lunch and we came back before 14:00 to be able to check-in, when my husband gave the schedule he filled out a register and they asked me to wait a little longer because my room wasn't yet released, okay, but it was already very late, because if check-out is 12:00, like 14:00 I didn't yet have the time?
