The hotel consists of cabins. Due to Angra itself, the hotel is excellent. Much vegetation.... Till there are bananas. It is familiar. There you will be welcomed by Rita, the owner who makes you feel at home. There is no dinner service. But it is excellent... I would come back a thousand times.

Genius is a genius.

There is good attention, the owner was very kind and always concerned about what we needed.The lodge is about a 20-minute bus ride to the city center and the car passes approximately every half hour.

Good care

The inn is located in a very natural environment, very green and across the street is the beach. Regarding the location, it is far from the centre of Angra, but there is a collective that takes you within a few minutes. The attention is personalized and very focused. I would definitely recommend it and would return.

Hermoso Entourage

We were traveling in Brazil and had searched for the Pousada on the Internet. The drive was a bit complicated (very bumpy street, address of Navi unclear). The owner was quite nice, especially the understanding of English was perfectly possible. Since we arrived late at night and no restaurant was opening in the area, she offered to order pizza. The tropical garden is a dream. The rooms were very simple set up, but sour and large. Unfortunately, our shower did not work. However, we were immediately offered a shower in another room. The owner had at least 2 dogs, most of the time 3 to 4 dogs in the garden, very quietly with pieces of food, but it was also useful. The rooms were very easy to set up, but sour and large. A special Pousada with a love of detail

An excellent experience, the best attention, a real paradise.It's worth knowing and spending at least two days there, a pleasure!I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax, unwind and enjoy a beautiful landscape and beach.

What a beautiful place!

The location is not the best but if you have your own means of transportation it is not a serious thing. The environment is wonderful and the cabins have the quality level of a place that was put up a few years ago. The decoration is folk, but the structure of the family chalet is more than decent. We were given clean towels and everything was quite fine, the normal breakfast pulling down to the standards of Brazil PERO if you go in family groups and do not want to spend a lot of money, it is a perfect option. It is worth for short stays, if one comes to Angra to stroll for the day.

The surroundings are wonderful, the cottages are very picturesque, and it is an ideal relation to the price.

I wish we could have stayed here longer! If you're looking for a relaxed place this is the one., spend time at the beach, in the hammock just outside your chalet or in one of the two bars/restaurants at the beach. The one just across the street from Arcobaleno serves lovely "camarones". The tropical nature is wonderful but not so quiet though : ) Nice breakfast and lovely staff (who even let us use the scanner att the office)

Helpful staff & cosy chalets

The most welcoming and friendly place we stayed at.  A rustic pousada built into the hillside with brightly coloured chalets amongst the trees and bushes.
Arcobaleno is affiliated to a bar across the narrow road that opens onto the beach in a wonderful bay.
Rita's hospitality was matched by her friends at Bar Do Ronaldo over the hill.  Only wish we could have stayed longer!

I really enjoyed the quietness of the guest room. The beach is very nice and the cottages are very comfortable. Their garden is enviable. I also loved the staff who work there. They are super kind and if you are a foreigner they will make an effort to try to speak your language. I recommend this place to people who are looking for a guest room near the beach while still in peace.

It's a great place.

Pros: The staff is extremely kind and helpful, starting from Gino and Rita and everyone else working in the Pousada: they helped us organizing the activities of each days we spent in the area (diving, boat tours, etc.). The chalets are quiet and cozy but with a lot of space (ours had two floors) and completely independent from the others, in the middle of a well maintained tropical garden, with a little torrent running nearby. If you like the sounds of the nature, it is a great experience! Abundant breakfast is served in a nice terrace right on the beach, reachable just crossing a local street from the chalet's garden. Fresh made breads and cakes, fresh squeezed fruit juices, cheeses, hams, and good coffee make a pleasure to start the day there.

Cons: It is 30 minutes bus ride from the city center, so if you are not ready to take a public bus in Brasil and don't have a car it could be an issue: we used the bus all days and it was safe and fun... As bus drivers are crazy there! The beach in front of the Pousada is nice, but there are better ones few kilometers away. Internet worked intermittently and the carpets could be better cleaned.
