The warmest, friendliest lodge/hotel staff we have ever met at any place we've ever stayed and we've travelled all over the world. Everyone was so friendly and it made our stay absolutely perfect. Service was also 10 out of 10! To all the staff at River View Lodge, don't change a thing in how you do things or treat your guests. You are already doing what ever lodge and hotel around the world should be doing. You were a very big part of what made our trip to Botswana so special and we will always remember you. Before we arrived we were worried about where we would eat every night and didn't want to be stuck having to eating at the lodge if the food wasn't good. We were so impressed with the chef's food the first night we didn't even consider trying to leave the property for food. Every day we were very impressed with the food offerings and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit to Botswana. Absolutely delicious food at the lodge! The chef and baker are exceptionally good at what they do!Lastly, we want to thank the other person that made our safari trip in Botswana a 10/10 experience. Matthews is an exceptionally knowledgeable guide and we loved exploring the park with him everyday. Matthews, thank you so much for the incredible memories you have given us!
