318 reviewsI cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Prior to our arrival from the USA, I emailed them about several questions that I had and they were always prompt in their responses to me. We received our codes exactly 2 days prior to departure and even though we arrived hours before check-in, we were able to store our luggage at SmartFlats and explore the city for the afternoon. The location of Hotel Pacific Cafe was INCREDIBLE! Minutes from everything! It is situated on a nice street with beautiful shops and restaurants. The room was clean, bright, roomy and very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! Water pressure was awesome and we had absolutely no issues with wifi or electricity. We had a view of St. Katherine's belfry right outside of our window! It was quiet, it felt safe and we would definitely recommend to anyone! Just a word of advice, there is no daily housekeeping so do not expect clean towels and sheets unless you pay a small fee upon request. We thought it would bother us about that but it ended up not being a problem for us at all. Thank you Pacific Cafe Hotel for the wonderful accommodations to make our Belgium trip memorable!
