The hotel is very clean and the lady who services your room is excellent at her job. New towels each day and room and bed cleaned.The staff on reception are good too.My only criticism is that the hotel has a bar and restaurant but it was closed. Whether it’s owned by a separate business I don’t know, but it would have been nice to sit and have something to eat and drink - they are missing out on extra income. However there are excellent restaurants just across the road.Its location is excellent for getting around on public transport - from the airport you just get the train into Gare de Nord and buses 40,41,45,50 and 60 from the station all stop at the hotel. The hotel sits right on top of Metro station Stuyvenburgh from where you can get to anywhere in Brussels- so no need to drive or pay central pricesOverall excellent value, very close to football ground too
