Rita, the owner of de Lachende Engel is a warm hearted lady who went out of her way to ensure that we had a great time in this interesting city. The price included beer and snacks daily to be found in the private sitting room. This sitting room also had a tv/video with a supply of videos too (we didn’t watch but it was there for our use as were lots of different board games) Rita also encouraged us to make up sandwiches for lunch from the abundant, fresh produce that she provided each day. If you want individual attention and excellent food from a friendly proprietor then de Lachende Engel is for you!
