Nice and clean, good soundproofing and really lovely staff - they all seem to be happy wotking there - even the cleaners. I felt comfortable and looked after. Coffee was amazing. Guest kitchen extremely handy for saving money on food. Very close to the station which was a blessing with such heavy luggage. Only one thing - a toaster in the kitchen would have been helpful!
