We visit this appartment house second time. We are staying here with two 11years kids, appartment is nice, clean, sepparate sleeping room, balcony and well equipped kitchen. There is a ski room with hot boot hangers. Wifi is fast and reliable. Be carefull when comming to appartment house. Your keys you will get in URSPRUNG hotel located in opposit to appartment house. Both are located by DORFBAHN ski lift depicted on every map. Most important for us is that appartment is located 50m from Dorfbahn lift to Königsleiten ski center. Most of the slopes are located on south site, so there is a sun shining all the day. Slopes are marked as Red and Blue, very well prepared, our kids have no problem riding on it. Königsleiten ski center is connected together with Hochkrimml ski center that is not so high but the slopes are prepared very well too. The slopes are Blue. During the bad wetter is it easier to move to Hochkrimml becase riding here is more safe for kids. Both centers have really wide and great prepared slopes. Enjoy!
