Where do I begin? We have been staying in the lovely village of Waidring for over twenty years. We stayed in one hotel for years until its standards fell so then we went to another one. This was too anonymous for us, no atmosphere. So then we went in an apartment for a few years. We have made friends in the village and they told us about the new hotel being built, that would be the place to stay. My goodness, were they SO right! We first stayed at the Sendlhof in September 2018. It was fabulous and totally exceeded our expectation. The rooms are spacious and extremely well appointed. The whole hotel is spotless, a credit to the cleaning staff. And the food, well what can I say? Fantastic! This is a family run hotel and the staff, without exception are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is both polite and friendly. We fell in love with the Sendlhof so much that I booked it for the following January for my family to experience it. They thought it was an amazing hotel too. I have just returned from my third visit, which was so good that I booked it for this Christmas for my family to come again too. My husband and I are also returning in September. I think that just about says it all!
