For the check-in, it supposes that the guest must have a local cel phone to contact someone to give instructions about to receive the keys. If the guest does not have a local cel phone he will need a help from someone on the street. There were no instructions about how to get inside. It could be sent by e-mail.I received the keys from a “Key box” with a code system for a different Unit of the one showed in the Expedia Reservation and I had to stay in the different Unit because there was no representative at the check-in.Also, the reservaion showed that it was included a “Free Parking” but there is not any parking space at the building. There are parking lots only on the street and it is very hard to find a free space.The apartment has a washer machine without dryer but there isn't a clothes-line or any condition to stand the clothes for drying. That is unusable.
