WOW! I absolutely LOVED this hotel! I led a group of 31 people on a tour, so I saw multiple rooms in this hotel. Starting with the location---FANTASTIC---in Innere stadt, just steps from almost anything you could want to visit--the Hofburg, the Albertina, so many cafés and shops. Now to the hotel--the moment I entered the lobby, I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and there were multiple bowls of candy and snacks with water or tea available at all times of the day and night. My room was room 885. The elevator worked well and my room was HUGE! There was a small box of chocolates with a "welcome to our hotel" note from the hotel manager for each of the members of my group--such a nice surprise! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large and well-lit with toiletries that smelled divine! The air conditioning worked very well during the heat of summer. My group had breakfast included here. The selection was fantastic and well stocked. My group absolutely loved the selection, variety and freshness of breakfast. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever return to Vienna.
