First of all, Mario, the owner and host, a charming person who recommended and guided us when we arrived (besides giving us a better accommodation than we had booked since it was free) and was available for any problems or questions we might have, even being able to leave the apartment a little later as our flight left in the afternoon and take advantage of that morning for our last shopping around the city centre.Following the magnificent location of the apartment (a few meters from the Rweg station to which you arrive by S7 from the airport and connected to the center by tram), within 71 minutes walking you will meet the Belvedere Palace or the Red Water Exercise Monument, in 10 minutes you can be in Karlskirche.

 All of 10!

My daughter and I came to the University, we stopped at this place, according to reviews. And we didn't regret it. The owner sent us an apartment code the day before arrival, we arrived with an early ticket, but these 15 euros only accelerated the opportunity to get a quick rest from the flight. From the airport we got to the S7 to Rennweg station, walking 10 minutes to the hotel. Nearby there is everything from supermarkets and food. The room is equipped with everything, including tiles and dishes. The cleanliness is perfect, all the amenities are attached to the kitchen.

The perfect place for leisure and active tourism!

Excellent apartments, average price, near Belvedere, metro station and city streetcar, bus stops, near the center, the room has everything you need and even a mini kitchen, fan, safe, many supermarkets and cafes.

Vienna is magnificent.

Not bad location
The apartment is clean when we received it. However, there is no cleaning service - you need to pay for the service!
The owner, his name is Mario Hofer, (the only one you will see - one-person show) does not know how to talk to tourists - he treats you like someone works for him - he is someone who I hated the hotel because of him.
When I left the room, he sent me an email saying that he will deduct 100 euros because I left some food on the table and because I moved the sofa from one room to the other!!!! he is trying to gain money in all ways and thus, be careful when dealing with him.

You will be badly treated by the manager/owner

We enjoyed everything very much. The population passed very quickly, we learned not only information about apartments, but also a lot of interesting things about Vienna: sights, institutions, traditions, features. The room was quite clean and cozy. All our requests were fully satisfied, even the search for a car was not denied! Thank you La Scala!

It's a really cool week in Vienna.

I was there in January. I booked very shortly, but everything worked great. OK, the address is not the usual laundry. But I liked it greatly. It was really fun. Just real Viennese embarrassment. But whoever doesn't get over it is a little bit self-blame, right? I definitely felt good in the well-maintained apartment. For the price, an absolute recommendation. The location is top, very quiet, downtown on foot, central station raceway just a few meters away. If it goes again, it goes again anyway.

Top location / great apartment

I was very sceptical about this place based on some reviews on TripAdvisor. How wrong those reviews were. Very clean, extremely well maintained, safe modern studio that's close to the central station and belvedere palace. Very close to the tram station. Smooth check in and check out. Absolutely recommended.

Perfect!

The apartments are located in an excellent position both in relation to the center and in relation to the airport (thanks to the s7 which has a stop very close to the structure). The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Very pleased with the fruit basket on arrival, accompanied by a bottle of water. The owner is very friendly and speaks well Italian. The only negative note is that the rooms are unusually warm, and without air conditioner sometimes it is a bit of a discomfort.

It's a great stay.

A cozy room, very comfortable for four people. No room cleaning for the whole week, changing the napkins every four days. Perfect area for those traveling by car because in the parallel road is the 71 stop that leads directly to the Ring.

Good location

The location is great - the edge of the center, within walking distance of Belvedere and metro stations. A very atmospheric place, with the spirit of opera and theater of the beginning of the century. The apartments are cozy, clean. There is a kitchen corner with a tile, microwave, teapot, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine. Friendly staff. Very convenient to enter the building and the apartments by code - we were three and there were no problems with the keys. The balance of price and quality is negligible!
