We have just spent 3 nights at this hotel and can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We were due to stay in the hotel next door but due to a mistake they had to find us another room, and they picked very well. When we arrived on the Friday evening we were met with a very warm welcome from Birgit. That continued all the way through out trip. She was so friendly and very helpful, she gave us all the information we needed from local bus passes, lift passes, where to pick up our rental snowboards and also the local restaurants. The rooms are very clean and tidy, very modern and are very comfortable. There is a storage room below that you can leave your skis/snowboards and also your boots to warm. The sauna and steam room are very good and are enjoyable after a day on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again if we are to visit Hintertux in the future, and we would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks again Birgit Andy and Laura
