269 reviewsWe are currently staying at this hotel and on our 6th day. We absolutely love it and highly recommended. The staff are all super helpful and friendly and they really care. A special mention to Martina on reception who has been so attentive and helpful, to Frank the gardener who really went out of his way to enhance our itinerary, and to our lovey waiter Habab who is so happy and caring, also providing excellent service. Two very unexpected things about this hotel, one is that we were given a pass on arrival that gives us free use of the local buses and cable cars. We really didn’t expect this and have had so much use out of it. The other is the half board option. We would highly recommend that you do this, it’s excellent value for money and you get so much. Yesterday we got the train into Salzburg for The Sound of Music Tour. This hotel is very clean and in the prettiest of locations. We will be sure to return! Thank you ALL of the staff at this beautiful hotel, Mr & Mrs Nichols.
