Stayed here for one night on a recent cycling trip from Munich to Merano. Hotel room was very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. Pool and sauna were excellent. Ate in the hotel restaurant in the evening and the food was very good. The staff in the hotel were all outstanding. I left behind a personal item in the room and they went above and beyond to return this to the UK for me.
