stayed here for a week over new year as a family with 2 children. Excellent location, ski bus to Berwang etc just across the road and only a couple of mins walk to the local lift. Fantastic ski area with good lift facilities, would definitely recommend. Used the bus service to sample Ehrwald and also a trip up the Zugspitz - a car could be beneficial if you want to get around all the areas covered on the lift pass. Hotel really nice, clean with good food at breakfast and evening meals, bar areas very pleasant and the pool was clean and welcoming. Good entertainment, local oom pah band etc, would recommend and may well visit again in the future. Large(ish) hotel with very few English people in the hotel, which was nice :-) Family room was reasonably sized with balcony and good view of ski run.
