47 reviewsI have stayed here twice; in the summers of 2018 and 2019...I will keep coming back! The hotel has a rustic charm but is actually quite modern inside with good wifi. The rooms are fairly large with comfortable beds and are absolutely spotless. What I like the most, however, is the hospitality and the friendly service. You can really tell that this is a family-owned and operated hotel and you feel welcomed as soon as you set food on the premises. This kind of warmth and intimacy is something I found is hard to come by in this day and age...at least where I come from. If you want to unwind for a few days in summer, this is a perfect spot. Both Salzburg and Innsbruck are only a short train ride away but there are also nearby places that are worth a visit (I found Rattenberg was a bit of a hidden gem). 'm sure it's good for a ski break as well since other reviewers have pointed that out but I can't speak to that.
