The small hotel is located in the center of Mittelberg, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the bus service which runs every 10min. It is family-run, and the proprietress makes sure you feel welcome and tells you all about the place. One can tell the family looks after the property and constantly renovates and upgrades the hotel. Rooms are impeccable, breakfast boasts local and homemade stuff, and extras will be provided if you can't find it on the buffet. There is a newly added sauna and relaxation area which we didn't use.
