We came there when the reception was already closed. The letter with instructions, ticket for free parking and key was waiting for us. Room was great, clean and comfort.
Breakfast was excelent. We'll be back.

We were spending a week travelling around the Alps and Italian Lakes on the motorbike and had just been caught in a horrendous thunderstorm for 37km whilst on the high Alpine road. By the time we got to the hotel we were like two drowned rats.
Straight away the owner upgraded us and gave us a larger room and also a portable heater so that we could dry off the bike leathers (we just hung them up in the bathroom and they dried out fine).
The room was huge and with a lovely view down the valley. A great powerful shower and big towels and we were soon feeling better.
The rooms are all very nicely done and have that homely touch as opposed to a cold emotionless hotel.
It was dark and raining and so rather than walk around the village the owner recommended a restaurant that was right opposite the hotel, literally. Superb food and excellent beer and a good price as well.
We got up early the next morning and went for a stroll around the village before we left and were glad we did.
Beautiful little Alpine village with stunning views and the hotel is right in teh centre. About 30 second walk from teh ski lifts and is directly opposite the church that you always see in the Heiligenblut photos.
Breakfast was plentiful and a great choice and constantly topped up.

We are doing Tuscany on the bike again next year and will definitely be stopping off here on the way

we went there for weekend trip and for us it was great location. Only few meters from ski lift, in the central area of town and will recommend to all that are spending several days to go there. Rooms are ok, hotel is rated 4 stars, but location is making my day

These well appointed apartments are just a short walk of a few meters to the ski lift in the centre of the village. The staff are very friendly and the service very good. We had a marvellously comfortable and spacious room with big chairs and everything needed. And a big bathroom. Also a view of the highest mountain in Austria from the big window, a delicate pink on the tops early in the morning. It was very quiet and in our opinion perfect for a winter or summer holiday. There is free covered parking a short walk away - good for when it is cold. All-in-all a very nice place to stay.

We stayed there for rest before trip to Grosglockner Alpenstrasse. We had excellent rest. Personell in hotel is very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Room was with much light, with balcony and view to mountains. Hotel placement in a conveniet place. Good breakfast, rich choice. Recommended hotel to stay in Heiligenblut.
