Hotel Goldener Ochs was wonderful. Our room (Junior Suite Traunvilla) had a little balcony overlooking the river and a magnificent view of the town and mountains. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was modern and lovely. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station along one of the main streets, a supermarket is within a 2 minute walk and the hotel is centrally situated so that you can access several beautiful walks and sites. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had and a swim in the hotel's indoor pool after our Siriuskogl walk was perfect! Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel.
