Excellent motel with clean, tidy room and comfortable a bed. lovely view over the bay and a very nice BBQ area plus a heated pool. The owners, Tracy and David are very courteous and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Stayed 2 nights and the view and facilities were wonderful

Lovely spacious motel in beautiful surroundings and lovely sea view room. Only suggestion is that a toaster and small microwave and plates and cutlery were provided.  However, would highly recommend.

Nice large room, very close to town and lovely helpful staff

Lovely peaceful location off the beaten track.

We spent one evening in a dog friendly room with of course our dog.   The room was exceptionally clean and was incredibly spacious.   I have to say the booking and check in process was incredibly easy and hassle free.  Location was ideal only a 5 minute walk down the hill into the beautiful Stansbury.   Looking forward to staying here again when we net go squid fishing

Great Hotel

Great place to stay in Stansbury - Tracy and Dave were such great hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and toasty warm (it was a REALLY cold weekend!) and we had an amazing view over the jetty and around the bay. The bed was really comfy and the kitchen and bathroom was spotless, with great amenities. Highly recommend if you're visiting beautiful Yorke Peninsula.

Great place to stay if your visiting Yorke Peninsula

The motel’s staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the bed new and comfortable. There’s lots of storage in the form of a wardrobe and wide shelving as well as a comfortable couch in front of a large flatscreen TV. Views of the bay are delightful. Parking is easy with plenty of space. There are walking trails from the motel down to the town for shops and the  popular local pub. We enjoyed our two night stay.

We absolutely loved it and found it better then a Hotel in  Adelaide that we stayed in the week before. Plenty of room, beautiful views and very friendly service. The only issue we had was it can be a bit tight for parking when all the rooms are being used and the curtains didn't block the early morning sun out enough and got quite bright in the room. Overall we enjoyed it and will definitely go there again

Love for Stansbury

We arrived before the check-in time, but Tracey quickly checked us in, gave us the rundown on the town and provided the extras we requested. The rooms have a fridge that was not listed on the website, for which we were very grateful. Oysters in the area are delicious as is the fish available in the town. The only blemish was the weather that resulted in cold shower water the next morning as the solar tank was not effective.

Excellent Comfort and Service

Just had a lovely couple of days at this lovely place. Great location and great rooms. Vvv comfy bed and fab shower! Absolutely lovely couple own the place and really can’t do enough to make your stay great. As a total bonus they will deliver bargain breakfast to your door.  Very much recommend the place and should we find ourselves on the Yorke Peninsula again we will be back. Love john and Lorna x 

Superb

This Motel has everything with spacious clean rooms, parking at door, fabulous views across Bay and coastline, lovely fluffy towels, quality toiletries and amazing sunrise next morning.
Every room faces the water views across nice lawns and pool.

However the best feature is the service and knowledge from the managers. They are what makes this Motel the best to stay in. We had been on the road driving long distances and just overnighting in Motels but this one (if we had not already booked Kangaroo Island ferry and Accommodation for the next night) we would have stayed longer.  Only place we could say that about after three weeks travelling.

A couple of hours after leaving Tracy ( the manageress)  phoned to say we had left a camera battery in room and she so kindly said she would post it on to our home which she did and it was here a few days after we got home. This is above and beyond expectations and shows how committed and helpful these managers are. They cannot do enough for you.
I cannot fault this Motel and it is such good value all round for the moderate price.
We did not have time to visit Innes NP but will be back and guess where we will be staying? This top spot of course. Thank you for a well run place.

Wow what a great brilliant to stay

We’re spending 3 days in Yorke Peninsula & quite by accident stumbled across this incredible hidden gem. From the moment I entered reception & was greeted by a warm & friendly hostess to the time we left everything was as good as it gets.
The stunning view from our reasonably spacious unit was something to behold. We had a full kitchen including full size fridge. A very comfortable leather lounge & did I mention the view.
I ordered the breakfast special of a Toasted egg & bacon sandwich & an apple juice. I didn’t expect that it would contain 3 very large perfectly cooked rashers of bacon & all this for $10.
Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We decided last minute to catch up with friends staying in Stansbury & booked this motel as it was available & had great reviews. True to the reviews the rooms were like self-contained units. Clean, very comfortable beds (with electric blankets!) & the hosts were very welcoming & friendly. Will definitely stay there again in summer to use the pool! Thank you.

Overnight stay, pleasant surprise for the family

Booked this property as a 3 night hub for a visit to the lower sector of Yorke Peninsula, best move!  We opted for the spa suite, had an unbelievable view over the bay from our terrace and room.  The bath towels were so soft and white.  An innovated thought on their part was to supply makeup wipes and a grey face cloth to prevent discolouration from makeup.Dave and Tracy were the perfect hosts, providing us with local information and making sure all was good for our stay.  Thank you to them, you made our stopover well worth it. (Congrats for their forth coming wedding)
