Tidy, clean, accessible to everything. No reception or on site staff but queries were sought to promptly by phone.

The property is very affordable for a weekend compared to other accommodation options in Surfers Paradise. It is very close to tram station, especially with the $0.50 public transport cost.

Cheapest accommodation in the area close to public transport. Staff is friendly and always willing to try and resolve any issues.

Had issue with aircon unit, but once reception was notified. Issue was rectified straight away.

Visited the Coast for a concert, and found the property to be very convenient for transport to the venue.  Also everything else we needed was close by.  The property was clean and tidy; a few little things needed repair, just wear and tear stuff, nothing unsafe or obvious.  Would stay there again, value for money.

Clean property. Easy parking and check in and check out. Only issue was no consideration from other guests at 1am making loud noises throughout the hallways.

Good location, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Underground parking was good. Room was okay. The only issue is the tedious process of checking in. We were told by email/text that there was no manned reception. So, car park entry codes and room key lock boxes are issued by text. These are sent pretty late. We arrived after our check in time and although we had the lock box code, the key was not actually in the box - confusing! The signage in the car park was not the best and after managing to find our way out, we were able to locate reception which was manned! Reminded me of competing an 'Escape Room' challenge.

Staff are super friendly and very helpful they also allowed us to keep our bags at the motel reception after we checked out so we don't have to carry around luggage on our last day of exploring the gold coast. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The amenities that come with the room are great. We will definitely be coming back to this motel if we come back up to the gold coast :)

Was very close to an area I required during my stay and walking distance to both Broadbeach and Cavill Avenue (a long walk, but walking distance nevertheless).Was suitable for what I needed, clean and comfortable.I didn’t check the eating options so cannot comment on those.Communication from the reception (I assume was excellent, questions I asked were answered quickly and concisely.My only complaint was no fault of the staff or facilities, a neighbor decided to have a very loud conversation in the corridor in the middle of the night !!!Again, no fault of the property or staff at all.Thank you for your excellent service !

Poor directions on access. You have to go through the underground car park to an unmarked door in order to get access to the rooms. Poor hours of front desk; 5 p.m. closingenda to the inconvenience factor. Attendant i spoke to 1st said he'd texte the instructions for site access but latwr emailwd them to me as texts weren't successful Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel/motel to anyone.

Simple no frills, motel but clean. Clean swimming pool and great shower in room

Staff was amazing. Extremely helpful and kind, offered to help us with luggage. Shower in 30B had some mold and a little bit of missed cleaning. There was a couple holes in the roof that leaked when raining. Overall an enjoyable experience and would return.

Good location, place is a little run down and could do with better security on the rooms. Beds comfortable and room reasonably clean. Bathroom excellent. Pool food for a dip but could also use some tlc.
