Good size room, very clean and has its own kitchen,large bathroom and had everything we wanted. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellt motel... Graham at check in was wonderful.  Clean room... everything worked.

An excellent room with great facilities and space. The location is away from the busy Newell Highway and walking distance to the nearby Club. Perfect for any sales reps or workers needing long stay accommodation with an outdoor BBQ and seating area and pool.

Great customer service- property was clean and good size for me and my son.Would definitely recommend.

Cabin is clean and comfy and would stay here anytime. The only things I would change is main bed is very low and so is the couch, they are comfy but hard to get out of. Graham and Nerida are friendly and extremely accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable and well appointed family room. Self contained unit with all we needed. Great swimming pool in a green lawn. BBQ facilities for guests. Local town butcher has quality produce.
Recommended and I'd stay again.

Greenways was a great place to stay with lovely grounds and pool it’s a great spot to relax and unwind. Nerida was a super friendly and knowledgeable host and the room was spotlessly clean and comfy.  Great location close to golf course and walking distance to Farmer Arms pub.  If you are looking for a place to stay in Tocumwal I highly recommend it.

Fab place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The owners Graeme and Nerida are so friendly.  We will be back.

Our self contained unit was well appointed, comfortable and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to golf club and The Farmers Arms Hotel on the river walk track. 

This is a great location for golfers many courses near by with two at Tocomwal.

The Murray River looks just lovely in town. 

Great Location and Stay

The fully self-contained units are near new and very well maintained and fully appointed with a back sliding door opening onto a nice open grassy area with a sheltered BBQ and swimming pool. Along the back of the property you can take a moderate stroll along the  pleasant Creek Walk to the Golf Club which serves lovely meals at a good discount for seniors. The owners Graeme and Neridah are most obliging and go out of their way to be helpful. It is located a bit out of town in a quiet residential area so you would need a car to get to town where the white sand beaches on the Murray River are a wonderful place to enjoy yourself. I stayed 2 nights and would certainly stay there again. Thoroughly recommended.

Great place to stay

Greenways have new owners as of last week, since I visited last the bathrooms are new, all furniture and appliances and kitchenware are new, everything is freshly painted, it’s refreshing. The grounds are spotless, We wish Graeme and wife all the best, they are local originally from Namurkah.
And it’s a short walk to the golf course. Lovely area out the back with bbq and pool.  Would I come back, definitely

Quality beds, recently modernised, convenient to golf

It was our last night of a trip away so decided to spoil us with a two bedroom apartment just so we could have comfort, and comfortable it was. At last a comfortable lounge, a nice view across to the pool, a full kitchen with everything you could want, even if we were dining out. A good sized bathroom, comfortable bed and plenty of space for everything we offloaded from our vehicle. Spotlessly clean. Definitely would recommend this place. Thank you Melissa for everything.

Don’t even think of passing up on this accommodation

We have stayed here on a few occasions now and love every bit of it.
Everything is so clean and comfortable.
The rooms are well equipped with a full size fridge and stove, sink, microwave everything you need to a few days holiday or even just overnight.
The bathrooms are very spacious too with walk in shower which was great for my needs.
The courtyard of beautiful lawn area is wonderful to relax in too with a barby area and pool.
Melissa is a great host. We would recommend it to everyone.

Great Stay in Tocumwall

Our extended family enjoyed a “post” Covid reunion in May staying at Greenways. We booked out the entire venue and Melissa was the perfect hostess, giving us the run of the place. The expanse of lawns, undercover pavilion, and quiet location away from major roads, was just perfect for our energetic youngsters to run around in safety. It is an easy walk to the golf course and into town via the WAAF Creek Walk. All our family members were blown away by the high standard and fit out of the units which were spotlessly clean. Having full size fridges and cooking facilities make it perfect for an extended stay. Thanks Melissa making our stay so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back.

Just Perfect

Thank you so much Melissa for your hospitality. We enjoyed having our Christmas away from home in the same way we would have if we'd been home. All of my family voiced their appreciation for allowing us to use your facilities to enjoy the day together. Most lovely place to stay and relax, certainly will stay again. And thanks so much for taking the pressure off when it came to check out time.

We have just returned home after spending 6 days at Greenways on the recommendation of family.  The unit was quite spacious and spotless.  The bed was comfortable which is a real bonus.  Melissa was a wonderful hostess.  It is quite close to the shops and the golf course.  It has a lovely walking trail close by.  The lawns and garden are extremely well maintained and there is plenty of shade if required.  We would certainly stay there again.

6 Days of peace and quiet.

A comfy, convenient place to stay - a short walking distance to the golf and bowls club, and also into town along a beautiful little walking trail.
Our only issue was that quite  a lot of the crockery was filthy, so we had to wash it all again before we used it - clearly the previous tenants hadn't washed it, and it hadn't been checked. The pool was pretty filthy too, but I assume it will be cleaned up as summer rolls around - it was a shame though, because we would have used it (visited late November).
