Bakery Park Motor Inn

At 11pm we were evacuated from our accommodation in Shepparton due to the floods. We drove to Numerka where the town was shut and we were resigned to the fact that we would be sleeping in the car. We had friends who had booked into this motel in Tocumwal earlier that day so we rang them at midnight to see if we could get a room (3 adults). They woke up the managers of the motel and were so very helpful and accommodating and yes, they would have a room ready for our arrival, at approximately 1am. The room was clean, big and very comfortable, just what we needed in our time of need. There was fresh milk in the fridge and crockery/cutlery was provided. We were just so very thankful that they looked after us. We couldn’t recommend this motel and managers highly enough! Thank you.
