Nothing I could fault about our one-night stay. The room was impeccable and staff were lovely. Great to have a microwave, crockery, cutlery and minibar too.

Great location and really a nice property to stay at. Highly recommended

Very good hotel, I stayed with my young son and it was very safe and quiet.

Property has a lovely setting on the banks of the Campaspe River which is very peaceful and lovely at dusk. A range of great drinking and eating options are all within easy walking distance.

We loved our stay at Campaspe Lodge which is part of the Echuca Hotel. Our suite overlooked the Campaspe River which made us feel as though we were out in the bush rather than in the middle of the port of Echuca! The hotel is situated just down the road from the Paddle steamers, so only a short walk away. Close to lots of excellent cafes and restaurants. Excellent icecream shop and chocolate shop across the road too!Our suite was very comfortable, the bed so comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff in hotel very friendly and helpful with advice for sights to see.

Great stay in Echuca

We wre probably lucky to score the room right out back and not have any neighbours that night. Think this place could get noisy. Its no upmarket hotel (doesnt pretend to be) but very servicable. Room was clean although a lot of dust on skirting boards and windows need a clean. Check in at front bar of hotel is confusing. But all up we had a nice night and couldnt really fault it for a budget stay

Pretty Good

The owners were lovely and quick and incredibly helpful when it came to fixing a booking issue that arose from the booking platform i used. They went above and beyond to help sort out the issue. The accommodation was fantastic and in a perfect location. The room was spotless and we would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Great room overlooking the river, many birds to watch (and listen to!)  Clean and well appointed unit. Close to many eateries, attractions and walking tracks. Thoughtful staff organised a call to tell us we'd left an item behind and were able to contact us before we'd gone too far. Really appreciated the attention to detail. ALL hotel personnel were kind and professional. Have stayed before and will stay again! 

Great people make the difference.

Nice hotel room with a balcony & lovely outlook to the campase river. Close to restaurants, cafes &
hotels and a very short walk to the Port of Echuca . I would recommend a car / cab if you need to do groceries at the nearby Woolworths or Coles unless you’re active and don’t need too many items. 
Downside to this room is that it is located at the back of 2 hotels with beer gardens so Friday & Saturday nights gets noisy with bands & people talking (maybe not in off peak) until around 10pm. 
The rubbish truck turned up at 5:40 am then another recycling truck not long after. As it’s on the river with lots of trees there are many birds are in noisy until about 930pm and then again at 6am. Therefore, if you like a sleep in this is not the place for you….. unless you easily fall back to sleep!

Nice but noisy in Peak

Our only disappointment was having to leave early due Covid shutdown. 
Friendly & engaging staff. 
Clean and well presented apartments with all the expected amenities (kettle, fridge, coffee & tea making). 
Early involuntary departure handled without fuss, and looking forward to re-visiting post-curfew.

Best location in town

The location is fantastic, a hop skip and jump from the hotel, walk to the main street. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and just had a make over. I would perhaps ask for the river view cabin if you were staying longer, just to have that bit of an extra view.  All in all thought this was a great find at a decent price.  The room was cleaned every day.  The hosts friendly.  can't ask for much more.

Great location, excellent for a 2 night Getaway

We managed to spend a couple of nights here just before Australia's lockdown and were glad that we did. The accommodation is suitable for anyone whose needs don't stretch to the lavish. We particularly liked the veranda which afforded riverside views and the opportunity to observe the abundant bird life. I would conclude by saying that their description of the property on this page is accurate and we'll look forward to returning once travel restrictions are eased.

Relaxing

We arrived just after 10am, very early for check,the staff bent over backwards and got us into our room very quickly,much appreciated. This is a great location behind the Echuca Hotel which is great for meals and refreshments, the hotel boasts fantastic well trained staff that know their jobs and couldn't be more helpful. We will be back again.

Location,location, location. 

The new accomodations have back balconies overlooking the Campaspe River, the front has the modern clean friendly Rvhuca Hitel with TAB etc, and this area is in the heart of the old area or Echuca with lots of attractions for families. Unfortunately there are no supermarkets at this end of town so make sure you’ve stocked up on drinks and backs and food before you park the car. 
Staff very friendly and helpful too.
