The owners, Paul and Sharyn, could not have done more to make my stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The room was immaculate, clean and well appointed. You can really see that they have spent most of their working life in the hospitality business, from the lovely fresh fruits for breakfast to the tea and coffee they offer with the all important chocolate biscuits!
I was leaving very late in the day and instead of kicking me out bang on 10.00am they let me enjoy the communal area and drove me to the airport.
The room had a very large onsuite bathroom with plently of clean towels and hot water, the room had air con, TV, DVD player and fridge - all the usual.
Stay here you will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the Bay House for three nights and found it perfect.  Paul and Sharyn are lovely and strike a fantastic balance of giving you privacy, while also being extremely approachable.

We had one of the rooms which shared a bathroom, which we found absolutely fine.  The separate toilet and shower are between two bedrooms and, even though the other bedroom was occupied, we never thought that we got in each other's way.  The room itself was extremely comfortable.

A particular bonus was the location, which suited us perfectly.  10-15 minutes walk to town and only 5 minutes from the gorgeous Town Beach.

Perfect place to stay in Broome!

We recently spent a few days with Paul and Sharynne at the Bay House Bed and Breakfast.  They met our flight and were helpful in accomodating our luggage while we experienced tours into the Kimberleys.  Their home is immaculate and we always returned to find tea and biscuits available.  Great continental breakfast which they left in the fridge if you chose to return for a nibble later in the day.  A short walk into town or there are 2 bus stops in close proximity.  Within walking distance of Matso's where we had some great meals.

We stayed at the Bay House for a week with our two children aged 8 & 10. Right from the booking stage, Paul & Sharyn the owners did everything they could to make us welcome. The whole of the top floor of the house is where they live and the bottom floor is where the 3 guest rooms are (one of them has an ensuite and is really roomy). There is a laundry, plus a bathroom and two more toilets for the other two rooms. The rooms are made up and cleaned every day and all have aircon and fans in.

The breakfast consisted of a lovely big platter of fresh fruit, bread & conserves, yoghurt, cereal. The shelves in the fridge were labelled according to room so you could eat your food whenever you liked throughout the day which was fantastic - there was more than enough! There was a large table to eat at or a couple of tables outside by the pool. The pool was great too - small but clean and surrounded by plants.

The location is also good, about 5 minutes from Matsos and also the same distance from a bus stop for those who don't hire a car. Paul also picked us up and dropped us back at the airport.

We had a wonderful stay and Paul and Sharyn couldn't have been better hosts - we would definitely recommend this B&B.

A lovely stay and I don't think you could find a cheaper place in Broome to stay in.

I think next time we wouldn't go for the shared bathroom though! It was perfectly fine, but I think it's worth the bit extra for full privacy.
The B&B owners, Paul and Sharyn are really lovely.
The breakfast is a good continental breakfast, but we didn't get biscuits like another reviewer mentioned!
The rooms are nice and dark with a good aircon and very spacious. 
If you are planning on staying here and spending time at Cable Beach, I would definitely recommend hiring a car. Broome Broome car rentals do a good job.
Very close to the yummy Matso's pub and town beach.
The owners also take you to and from the airport which is very helpful.
Would stay again. Feels like home.
