What a great place. Myself, Daughter and Grand daughter had a quick trip to Melbourne to visit my Mum, stayed here for 3 days and loved it. The view was fantastic, nice and close to restaurants and there's IGA around the corner if you need it. Getting the keys was no trouble at all, even though we arrived outside normal hours. Fab (the Manager) was really nice and helpful, showed us the apartment, parking etc... overall, just made us feel nice and welcome.  I would certainly recommend this place to anyone and I will stay there again for sure. The beds are comfortable, rooms very clean and everything you would need if you decided to do your own cooking while staying there.  A place I would certainly stay at again.  Very happy with this choice.

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was in a fantastic location, not being familiar with Melbourne I seriously underestimated what a perk the free tram zone would be. But it allowed me to very quickly get around the city and see all the sights I wanted to see, without spending money on transport. The apartment was well equiped. It did get very hot during the sun but there was an excellent aircon unit to combat that. For the price it was excellent value. 10884

Spent a week in a two bedroom apartment in February, while on work. This apartment is newly built, having no great thrills, but provides a great place to stay at reasonable price. Situated in New quay area of the docklands, most of the apartments overlooks the bay. With plenty of restaurants in the area help for a good choice of this hotel. 
The apartment was spacious with large balcony. However the rooms were very small and no real place for sunlight or air circulation 
The bed and bath quality is good. Offers a good TV and large sofa cum bed in the drawing room. There was a balcony overlooking the garden. There is a Gym and swimming pool in the facilities as well.
Overall its a good but not the best place to stay in docklands

Good stay at Quite location

If we were staying more than one night, I would have booked elsewhere!
We have stayed in the Docklands many times but this apartment was appalling, we paid for car parking and  first we were sent to the wrong car park, then we couldn't get in to another one as the gate got stuck and had to then pay for street parking. Third time the car park space we were given had another car in it, fourth time we finally got in. The kitchen cupboard doors did not shut, the TV emote did work let alone the fact the TV as as small as you can get, the walls/ceilings were not finished or painted properly. The Balcony was extremely dangerous with tiles not fitted properly. The furniture was dirty, the sheets were like cardboard. The towel rail and towel roll holder kept falling off. 
The only thing that was ok were the comfortable beds.
For the price it was very disappointing as we have staying in the Docklands previously at other apartments which were very good.

I do not recommend these apartments and this is my first ever bad review

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for 3 nights, Well the apartment was for 4 people lucky there was only 2 of us! It has 2 bedrooms and both bedrooms had a double bed. one of the beds was right up against the wall as I said lucky only 1 person had to sleep in there, it would be very hard for the other person to get out of the bed.There is bedside tables but no bedside lights. It stated it had free WIFi we had to go down to reception to find out how it worked he told us to press the button on the black box, so back we went to our room, we could not find any black box. He said I will see if I can find a wifi box in another apartment, if I find one I will call you. No I said I will wait here to you come back with one I need it for work. He did come back with a wifi box and it did work. The window in the small bedroom was broken and had been taped up. I did report this to reception he said sorry about that. I asked for a frypan he gave me a not very clean pot. one of the glasses in the cupboard looked like it had hard cigerete ash in the bottom of it. we had no bowls I had to ask for some bowls, the bowls he gave us were not that clean either. The apartment is supposed to be self sufficient. I think they need to check the stock  in the apartments. I luckily found a teaspoon in the dishwasher otherwise we would not of had a tea spoon either. The cupboard above  the rangehood is thick with grease on the bottom of the cupboard door. There is mould in the shower, no toilet brush. The door on the laundry was broken off and sitting in behind the washing machine and dryer. the tap came of in our hand in the shower. It was hard to do dishes as the plug didn't work in the kitchen sink. the light in the lounge room the cord is freyed and has no globe in it. there is a chunk of plaster off the wall under the airconditioner remote. The airconditioner itself has thick dust on top of it. The picture on the wall the glass is broken on it too.It is not a very well kept apartment and I don't think it is worth the money you pay per night. It is also very small there is only a lounge seat for 2 people. Very disapointed not very happy with our stay in this apartment. It has the potential  of being a good apartment just a bit more maintenance,  a really good clean, fully stocked for self sufficency and maybe should be advertised as max 3 people and put another lounge in the room. The only positive is the location.

Disapointed Not a Great Apartment very small not up to scratch

Do not book these apartments!!! We arrived at a very dodgy (hot and sweaty) "reception" that was minded by a few young girls. They sent us to a wrong building (with a wrong map), and after walking around for about 20 minutes with our luggage, we went back to the "reception". We were then re directed to another building. On arrival, we realised that the toilet was not functional (ie there was no seat and no flush), the place was absolutely filthy and there was a large door on the balcony. We then called the "reception" and were given another room. Yes, that's a third trip now to yet another building. Upon arrival we realised that the blinds were completely broken (and left on the floor in one of the bedrooms) and there was no running water. When I called to ask if someone could come and fix the water, I was given a third degree by the manager, or the owner, I'm not really sure as she identified herself as both ; she was by far the most unprofessional, disrespectful and the rudest person I have ever encountered. Her name was Lisa. My heart was racing, I was really stressed during the conversation and really wanted out of there. A handyman arrived quickly (finally something positive), apologised and I could tell he knew what we went through and it wasn't the first time. When I told him about the first apartment we were given, he stated that it shouldn't even be rented out as it's not functional. He was shocked that we were even sent there. After he repaired the water, he left us a box of chocolates and a note with an apology. Nice guy, I felt sorry that he worked for such a company/person. Needles to say, I will never stay there again and my only hope is that the manager (or the owner) somehow learns how to talk to other human beings who are the customers and deserve the service they pay for.

please do not book these apartments.after arriving we had to call the office to ask for it to be cleaned as there was sick all over the bathroom.The floors were filthy. the tv was smashed and they didn't even bother to change it.the table was damaged and it was just shocking. There was Mark's all over the walls.just horror. our complaint did nothing all they did was send a guy to clean the toilet and still I asked him to clean it again as there cleaning skills are shocking.lets get this clear  there is NO pool in this building you have to walk out to the other building.after emails to the manager it was clean they were not interested in helping. they take a bond off 300 and you have to wait 3 weeks to get it back.people like this disgust me.then they reply with sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.we booked out early as it's was just filthy apartment. they are out to take your money take your bond and just screw people over.

Stocking

Sooo. Where do I start..
My girlfriends and I had a nice dinner together to book a place to stay in the heart of Melbourne for the Dart finals for our partners. We found this beautiful apartment place (apartments Melbourne domain CBD) at a reasonable price.. But here is the catch unfortunately we went through a site from booking.com through to a site called "travel up". Thinking this would be an alright site we still booked as it seemed trusting. Therefore use ladies booked x 2 apartments which each apartment had two bedrooms able to host our group of 8 people.. Four months later.. We fly out to Melbourne and rock up to the apartment thinking there was a receptionist to check in, get our keys where we could therefore go to our room and relax post an hour flight.. But um this actually did not happen LOL.. No receptionist, no way to get our keys. We rang the managers number at the front of the x 2 glass sliding doors and NO manager answered.. literally 4 people out of our group rang this number and still no answer, this occurred for over 35minutes. Eventually we went into the Sheraton and asked THEIR receptionist where we could find the apartments Melbourne domain receptionists, as the 8 of us were so confused.. They said we needed to ring a number (managers number - which we did multiple times) and then they stated we had to have a PIN number for the red letter box across the road to get our key. Now myself and my girlfriend were not told this information at all. We did not RECEIVE any sort of emails regarding this information. Finally after this information we rang back x 3 times and the manager finally answered her phone. She said she had the booking (great) but that the apartments did not have our information regarding the booking eg. photo ID & phone number. Therefore my girlfriend proceeded to give this sort of information to the manager via their email and FINALLY a lady whom obviously lived in the apartment complex came down to see our group and give us our key etc. HOWEVER, we received x 1 key for x 1 apartment and my girlfriend and I questioned as to where our second key was regarding our second apartment we booked/reserved four months ago. The young girl proceeded to not know, and rang the manager back up.. My girlfriend proceeded to speak to the manager and she stated there was no second apartment booked however with the first phone call (when we got through) she stated she had both apartments that she knew about.. Now in regards to this second apartment the young girl stated to go up to our first apartment and settled in where she would fix the mistake for the second apartment.. Which was great. Like finally this was getting settled after an 1hour and 30minutes.. 40minutes past and we were in our first apartment wondering when this young girl would return to our room to discuss our second apartment.. SHE DID NOT ARRIVE. Therefore in regards of this we had to PHONE THE MANAGER AGAIN. she answered again, and yet stated that the whole complex was BOOKED OUT. We paid over $1200.00 for x 2 apartments to be told that it was reserved and on their booking list however yet after four months even though our names were there and ready to go bar the phone number of my girlfriend and her photo ID. BUT YET the WHOL COMPLEX WAS BOOKED OUT. Now we are such good people whom actually RESPECT places where we go but honest to god this place is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I honestly would not call this place a "fantastic apartment or professional company." They are no where near professional, fantastic etc etc all these great names. They are a rip off and same to the travel up place. These two companies blamed and blamed and BLAMED each other and yet nothing was done. By the end of the day, when the apartments manager called us, we ended up wanting a FULL refund in regards to the apartment which we never received. Honestly I really just hope no one goes through what myself and my friends went through it was absolute bullcrap. So unprofessional.. Oh and I wrote unsure with the hotel style and amenities because I couldn't stay in the second apartment we reserved.

I would write a nice review but I really do not have the energy to because of it being wasted by this company..

While the room itself was okay for the price point, the room was dirty. Pubic hair on the toilet roll holder, which was hanging 1cm off the wall. Soon after arriving, we decided to lie down on the bed to relax after the flight. My girlfriend soon found a similar sized hair in her mouth. We subsequently had to clean the sheets outselves. 

Customer service was a joke. Kim especially was a headache. Was told the cleaner would give me a call on arrival and she would check me in. Refusal to hold bags after 10am checkout. Had to take 20minute tram to leave bags at offsite "reception".

 Paid $300 through Qantas Hotels, plus a $300 bond. Then was charged a $267.20 for no reason on checkout. Wouldn't be surprised if this was the standard experience. 

Highly wouldn't recommenced staying here while in Melbourne. better off at a Hostel.

CHARGED TWICE. Not clean. No reception on site. Rude staff

From whoa to go the experience was terrible! Unfriendly and deliberately unhelpful receptionist who must have been taught customer service from a comic book! Once notified of a series of major issues in the apt in the Paledion Building they displayed ZERO energy in fixing anything meaning that we had to continually call them and email follow up. The apt was FILTHY! So much so the dust and dirt came off on our fingers! 3 heaters not working in midst of Winter.... bedside locker was broken off legs and fell on my foot! (they did actually take it away but not replace it...) Lamps not working. Blinds would not open. The walls are all marked and dirty. It looks like a good size rat maybe even a small dog ate away most of the base of bathroom door.... Spoke to an Indian girl and also Kim at reception on numerous occasions, they could not care less! Had to chase them every step of the way. This is my first occasion posting on trip advisor but i feel it is so necessary to prevent others having a horrific experience. I have email trail and numerous pictures as proof.
