Bayview On The Park

On March 12th my father and I checked into Bayview On The Park. As always,we were greeted by the most courteous front desk staff who showed us to our room and we were also treated to the lovely head of staff who gave us extra services and gave us the most special treatment. What transpired over the next 24 hours was potentially the most challenging circumstances for all of the hotel staff at Bayview On The Park. Amidst the chaos if the abrupt cancellation of the Australian Grand Prix, there was extra potential for all hotel guests to feel angry and neglected. However, under these completely unexpected and challenging circumstances, the entire staff at Bayview On The Park were not only SO courteous, SO friendly, SO professional and SO attentive, but they were ever so calm and caring to every single individual's needs. They went above and beyond to take care of each and every one of their guests and they provided their usual superior service. I cannot thank the staff at Bayview On The Park enough for this! I could have walked away feeling very sad that my holiday had come to such an abrupt ending, but i instead walked away with the greatest Hotel experience I've ever had! I recommend Bayview On The Park to everyone who's going to Melbourne for business or pleasure! And as I always, I will do anything I can to book the same room for another 5 days next year.
