Wow, what an amazing dinner!

I was with a group of 8 and everyone loved their meal.

I had the dukka crusted grilled salmon. It came with veg and potatoes. The fish was a large serving and was beautiful.  I’d say as good as I’ve had at high end seafood restaurants.

The bartender was friendly. Loved the baby doll verdelho.

Will definitely be back!

5 of us went for catch up lunch, something for everyone. Everyone loved their meals. The salads were fresh and give options of different ingredients. Garlic and cheese bread was yummy. Out and indoor dining.

Hi guys! Not sure how often you read these things, but I couldn’t help but give a shout out to one of your amazing staff! Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was the lovely lady working the bistro with the blonde pixie cut and wore her collar popped up on 14/01/23. Maitland was inundated with crowds due to a function in the levee which obviously attracted more walk ins to the venue. As I went to order just after 8 I believe, I was informed the kitchen may have to close as orders would be served well after 9:30. I come from a hospitality background and completely understand the operations especially when busy,  which can be difficult  for someone to understand if they haven’t experienced being behind the counter. She explained it in such a clear way, that surely anyone would understand regardless. I did see relief on her face when I was completely understandable, as it’s never the messengers fault to relay negative information and I would assume maybe other customers weren’t so nice throughout the night. I’m keeping this as a positive review as even though there were some staff that might have not been as hospitable due to the pressure, in the end everyone was accommodating and we were more than happy to wait for our food! I really hope this gets back to her! I could not speak more highly of her work ethic and attitude, you would not even know that behind the counter it was probably absolute chaos! 

We meet up with family traveling with their pet border collie. 
This pub is pet friendly, lovely big courtyard .
Staff where very accommodating.
Lunch was beautiful fresh food . We had burgers, chicken , fish and salads.
All served in a timely manner

Took some friends to the Belmore hotel for lunch on 15th February (4 People) The $12 meals were very nice. (2 Baramundi and salad  . 1 steak and Salad .1 Cheese hamburger and chips.) with garlic bread.Recommended.

Food was tasty and yum but not hot enough. Staff were friendly but busy, 
Place was clean however furniture was dated, I like the place enough to come back and give it another go. 
Got regular sized meals and I wish I had got a bigger meal. 
Tried the Hefe craft beer 🍺, 
Very cloudy, worth a try if u like German 🇩🇪 style biers.

Hot not hot

Main meal dishes great value for money. Roast of the day, beef burgers, chicken schnitzel burger, chicken Cesar Salad. Good portions. Food quality really good. Staff very friendly and helpful - both restaurant and bar staff. So big ticks on all those things. Disappointed with the portion of Cadbury Flake Cheesecake though - VERY SMALL for the price of $12 for a single serve. Not much bigger than a TimTam really. Also the 'doof doof' background music not really conducive to a relaxing family atmosphere.  :( ... Otherwise good overall.

I chose to book an overnight stay at this Hotel with friends because we were travelling to the Day On the Green Concert at nearby Bimbadgen Winery. Sadly, I should have checked what sort of bathroom amenities there were - as it is COMMUNAL (as in NOT within the rooms) and the bathrooms are in need of major renovations. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and I was not very happy when I found cigarette burn marks on the bedspread (see attached picture). The door to our room did not shut properly and we had to use our key to PULL the door closed. It is extremely noisy on the weekend as the 'nightclub' is on and doesn't stop till 3am. We could smell someone smoking in their ROOM! Some might say 'you get what you pay for' however, I was heartened to see that breakfast was included - yet breakfast was akin to being in a Youth Hostel and this place is supposed to be a 'hotel' (!) and the COMMUNAL kitchen we were supposed to use was left in a mess by the time we wished to use it (see attached picture). Very disappointed and will not book again.

Overnight stay for Day On The Green

I just returned from your hotel to get my membership card and was disappointed my card was not ready. Your bar staff was rude and disrespectful. When I asked to see the manager, she ignored me. She also stated your hotel had a new system system in place and discounts on drinks are no longer available.

Also, she didn't confirm my free meal or drink as stated on your website. So much for VIP treatment. It is a disgrace that your staff is incompetent and lack customer service.

I will never go there again and will advise all my family and friends never to go there.

Rude Bar Sevice and poor response to VIP CARD.

We ordered  lunch from here Sunday 13/11/22.. my partner had roast of the day , was dry and hard he’d had only baked potatoes with it 2 out of 5 too hard to eat .. i wish I took pictures and sent back.. I had snitzel with boscola topping chips veg all cold … can’t fault the service staff … just a heads up to anyone going there for lunch $46 … wasted …..
