Compared to other apartment based properties, this one was the absolute best in the area by far. We stayed in the one bedroom superior ocean view.The view was amazing and with binoculars you can see whales in the distance. Everything was clean and tidy. Large fridge/freezer and gas cooking stove. Everything was in working order. It came with a bath as well as a shower. The bed was actually a king size, not a queen or two doubles pushed together like other places fool you into using. Xanadu seems to actually care about their clients.I also saw window washers during our stay and the balcony glass was clean as well - most likely these are cleaned more often compared to other places. The couches were comfy, not cheap IKEA products. For example, the 3-seaters being used were most likely in the $4,000-5,000 price range from a commercial furniture company.We will be coming back next year. Keep in mind we went in the winter time after school holidays had ended. So timing may also be a factor.
