Excellent motel - clean, comfortable & friendly service - would recommend

Staff were friendly, swimming pool was fabulous.

Easy spot to stay for a quick overnight break

Stayed at the property from 31st August to 1st September. Conveniently located to embark on the Silo trail. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful . Great hot breakfast too. Would definitely recommend this motel to friends.

Having travelled from far North Queensland to find such a well presented, clean and well located Motel at such a reasonable price was wonderful. The shower was amazing, comfy bed and walking distance to food outlets and supermarkets highly recommend.

Convenient location and friendly reception on arrival

The breakfast menu looked amazing but as we didn’t realize it was an option we had prepacked options. Everything was perfect- thankyou!

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was just perfect for our visit and had everything we could need/want (including wall mounted TVs in both bedrooms). It was also meticulously clean. Bedding was lovely and cosy on a cold night and blackout blinds meant it was very easy to sleep. Add to all this a parking garage, welcoming staff,  and a truly central location and you've got the best place to stay in Benalla.

The best place to stay in Benalla

Super friendly & welcoming staff. Generous reception hours. Centrally located. Very comfortable and clean. The entire facility is meticulously well kept and tidy. Easy to find, easy to walk to restaurants at night, the Chinese place across the street was super nice, but beware of the portions, they were huge, so ideal for sharing 😉

Stayed here for 1 night and then booked it again on the way home while on holidays as I really enjoyed my stay there. I highly recommend staying here. I will for sure stay again if I head down to Victoria again. The staff or owners are great, the room was great, the shower has full power which was so needed to feel good after a long drive. The room has everything I wanted. Easy parking and great breakfast. Thank you to Top of Town Motel.

Excellent Service & Great Room, Highly recommended

I would really recommend anyone visiting Benalla to stay here.  I accompanied my husband who was on a two day course in Benalla so comfortable accommodation was important. The position is great - within walking distance of anything you’d like to do.  The room was beautifully clean and well equipped if you need to work at a table or relax on a comfortable setter. The bed had crisp white linen and very comfortable for a good might’s sleep.  The heating in the room was very efficient and tea and coffee making facilities very welcome with microwave and toaster as an option. 

We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast menu but it is a good option to have. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Would love to come back again.

This is the place to stay if visiting Benalla

A short stopover en route to Sydney. Booking in process was seamless. Centrally located within walking distance to CBD. Spacious freshly renovated rooms with contemporary bathrooms. Great hot water and pressure. Spotlessly clean. Excellent beds and bedding. 
Well appointed rooms, fabulous punctual breakfast.  Friendly helpful staff. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Benalla. Five star experience for less than five star prices.

Home Away from Home

We stayed for one night, having driven from Adelaide to visit family. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom has recently been renovated. Bed was comfortable, and it has a lounge and sitting area and small kitchenette with fridge and sink. Free Wi-Fi was available however signal was weak. The pool looked lovely however weather was too cold for swimming. Location is in the middle of town, so very close to shops, restaurants, Woolworths, Aldi and takeaway food. Would definitely stay here again. We drove past a number of other motels in town during our stay and we’re glad we didn’t end up at them!

Exceeded expectations

After driving 3.5 hours and collecting alot of bugs on our windscreen it was the first time I have seen a motel have buckets and window wipers at the parking bays for use.The room we had was excellent only complaint when entering it had an overkill of deodorant that what we think was kill any smell from what we believed to be the garbage cupboard.

Stayed here for 1 night while passing through. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was large and air con was more than sufficient. Beds were very comfortable. The man I spoke to on the phone to reserve the room was friendly and helpful. Was very quiet considering where they are located. Would stay here again.

The hotel was close to the main shopping area and the larger supermarkets Woolworths and Aldi is just across the road. The hotel itself was clean, good size room, modern, it had a microwave, toaster, kettle, Mini bar, great tv reception and in house movies. We would stay their again.Could not fault it at all. The hotel had a great pool as well just a pity it wasn’t sola heated.
