We enjoyed our 2 week stay in July 2019. It is right across the road from a fabulous golf course and close to Yorkeys Knob Boat Club, close to beach and local shops. Probably a great idea to hire a car as a major shopping centre is about 5-10 min drive. Yorkeys Knob is close to Cairns, approx 15 minute drive. It is situated on the Northern Beaches not far from Palm Cove. The Resort is very clean with a fabulous balcony and a pool which has sun on it up until about 3.30 to 4pm in the afternoon. The gardens are beautiful with many palm trees and beautiful birds chirping. The resort is in a flight path, but seriously didn’t bother us. Managers were friendly and very helpful, nothing was any trouble to them. Ellen was just lovely.. We would definitely return. Di and Peter - Geelong Victoria
