We are so thankful for our wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was such an easy booking process and all our questions were answered with ease by Sharon. 

We loved that we could take our pup with us and she also had a lot of fun. Beautiful country getaway with a lovely fire place. This property is located in a beautiful spot surrounded by wild life amongst the hills but still so close to the shops, beach and great walks.

Great dog friendly accomodation. Fireplace and accessible wood was lovely.  Everything we needed for our Otways and Great Ocean Rd exploration. Clean, comfortable and well maintained.

PS  There are spiders webs, particularly near the woodpile, this is an old farmhouse. What else would you expect !



Stayed for a midweek break weather fine ,the house  was good, koalas  possums, ducks,dog wasn't  sure about the big black dogs in paddock.Even though  it was mid winter eateries  were plentiful,.This is a working farm when exploring  be mindful  to leave gsres as you find them.

A lovely farmhouse stay and we made it our base whilst doing the Great Ocean Walk.  Very comfortable, excellent for a group or family and very relaxing.  We loved the quietness of the farm, whilst having the convenience of the close proximity to Apollo Bay.  We especially loved watching the playtpuses in the river on the farm, and the wood heater at night.

Our base for the Great Ocean Walk

Hoilday for the dog

spent 5 days here in late September. Found the house to be on the dirty side, lots of spider webs/cob webs outside and inside. Bbq is on the deck and doesn't have a cover so is covered in spider webs and very dirty. We didn't realise till second day that birds nest under carport so my advice would be to not park under it as our car was covered in bird poo. It's advertised as 2 bathrooms but only has 1 toilet, which I thought was odd. 1 shower is a handheld and only faces towards the wall so you have to hold it whilst showering. Only 3 rolls toilet paper, no tea towels, only enough fire wood for 2 days, had to call lady from Otway getaways, called in the morning and no one came to bring wood till after 5 pm. Also it ways getaways charged my credit card twice, notified them on Thursday morning it's now Saturday night and it still hasn't been refunded, which has limited what we have been able to do.
