Returned for a second stay and loved it just as much! This place is underrated—the pictures don’t do it justice. It was perfect for my first trip to Armenia and an ideal spot for a month-long digital nomad stay. The spacious area with high ceilings made it feel very open. Hosts Gagik and Karina were fantastic, always helpful with tips and questions (with a little help from Google Translate). I spent a lot of time on the large kitchen balcony, enjoying my coffee and working on my laptop. The internet was excellent for work. Despite a few other guests, the three spotless bathrooms for 7 rooms meant I often had one to myself. Lovely memories, experience, and comfort. Shnorhagalutyun! Rooms: Super clean with all amenities. Walkability: Centrally located, close to Republic Square. Noteworthy details: Central location, spacious rooms, helpful hosts, friendly guests.
