12 reviewsA very simple place located in the village above the Tatev Monastery. A different world. The real Armenia. Super friendly people, but they only speak Armenian and Russian. The room is very basic and the shower is not the best of quality. They will prepare you dinner with real local dishes, wine and coffee. The place is not easy to find, as there are no signs, but everyone in the village knows where is Aspet. The best is to come by cable car and there are taxis which can bring you there if you have luggage. The gravel road to get there is long, but is possible with a normal car. Beware, this is not a luxury place at all.
