The hotel is in a good location, and it's the only thing in favor, the cleanliness is pathetic, the towels and the sheets are old, worn out, and the breakfast is very weak and always the same, no comfort, no safe, no fridge, tiny TV.

Good hotel. Very clean and tidy. I would recommend unifying the mattresses of the rooms. Also having more shelters since in Ushuaia it is essential to have shelter and certainly more than one. The reception girls are very friendly. The same as the guys at breakfast.

A sober hotel, fairly new, remodeled bathrooms, everything very clean, proper breakfast, sometimes more varied, but more than enough for Argentines. Rich medialunas. It seemed a bit inconsistent to me that the closing time for breakfast (10am) would be exactly the same as the check out.

I stayed at this hotel at the direction of the Brazilian agency in Ushuaia, the disappointment didn't last five minutes. Hygiene is not the strongest place in the room with dirty bathroom, there was hair and other guests' hair on the floor. There were tight towels. There was a stray dog in the dining room of the hotel, the employees were laughing and didn't care about the animals being there.

The room is good, it had a beautiful view. Bed, shower and pillows are very good. The location is also great. But the coffee is terrible. The worst coffee I've ever had in hotels around the world. We got up early one day to have coffee in a cafe that was nearby. Whoever evaluated how good breakfast must have been confused, it's not possible. Rs There's also no reception all day and on a snowy day, I tried to get a cover to sleep and I didn't have anyone to ask for. The room doesn't have covers, only sheets. Although the bed is comfortable, the benefit cost doesn't compensate, there are other nearby hotels with similar values that are much better quality.
