What an amazing place to stay! Incredible art, gorgeous garden, best location next to the waterfall and baths, and super friendly staff. Before we arrived, I was in touch with Karl, the innkeeper over email, and he was incredibly helpful with answering questions about Banos, suggesting a great place to stay in Quito (Ikala Hotel), and arranging our travel from Quito to Banos. Together, Karl and Priscilla were delightful and we loved how they engaged with us and all the other visitors. The included breakfasts are freshly prepared and delicious. Loved our stay and look forward to returning there as soon as we can! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
