I found this hotel through hotels.com, booked 2 nights and then booked a third. Tip: you can book one night, and then once you get an ACCOR number you can use that for a discount for subsequent online bookings. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in my rate. Buffet with eggs, coffee/tea/juices, pastries, toast, cereal. My room was on the 5th floor, overlooking the square. AC worked fine. Room was a bit small but given that I was traveling on my own, it was perfect. It was an easy walk to Plaza de Mayo and the metro was practically in front of the hotel. I felt safe and secure.
