What a great place. First, it was very easy to find for taxis and for myself on foot. The neighbourhood may not be as lively as others at night, but I appreciated being in the centre and close to transit routes. I was able to walk to most places and take buses or subways other times. There is no reception desk, but the instructions on WhatsApp were impeccable and the response time excellent. On my first morning I was met by a woman who collected my cash payment and gave me lots of info about the area. My room (w a private bathroom) was so nice and comfortable. The air conditioning was temperamental but worked when I needed it to. There was good wifi and hot water. The kitchen had fee coffee, coco, and tea. The place was spotless. I would 100% stay there again.
