Very good and comfortable apartments, 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, free parking. Helpful owners. Recommended for all visitors. Good restaurants nearby in two blocks. Good for rest after a long track.

The apartment was nicely-appointed and extremely comfortable : well lit, warm and super clean. Our apartment (#2) had a large main bedroom, a smaller twin-bedded room with a sliding door off the kitchen, a good-sized kitchen/dining room, small shower room, WC and wash area. 
We liked the welcome pack of assorted teas and coffee bags (!) as well as better quality cookware than usual. The location is very convenient for hikers and just around the corner from a good panaderia and cafe. Nnothing was too much trouble for the manager, Fransisco, who went so far as to offer the use of his own phone when we needed to contact home urgently. He was also full of friendly advice and suggestions. It was much nicer than staying in a hotel. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends .

Super helpful and friendly service from Fransisco and Ani. Excellent English also helped us enormously. Advice on hikes, restaurant recommendations appreciated. 

Great location close to the start and finish of hikes. New, clean, well equipped self contained apartments. All you could wish for. 

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. You get your own kitchen, room, bathroom and extra room for the price that it would cost at a hotel room in town. That alone sets this place apart from the rest when it comes to value. Francisco, the owner, was incredibly helpful and kind during our stay. He gave us some insider tips for the hikes and was always close by to help us in anyway. The apartments are about a 20 minute walk from the bus station, but it is also located right next to the trail head for Fitz Roy as well as Laguna Torre (north access) which is a huge plus! I can't speak highly enough about the property, the value and the owners. This place is a must stay while in El Chalten

LOVED everything (including El Chaltén) - not too touristy, the flat itself is great, brand new and spacious: 'feel like a local´ atmosphere, beautifull views from the bedroom, our daughter coul sleep in her own space, kitchen/dinning area is very confortable, location is just great near everything most interesting in the village. Paz (the owner) have great reccomendations for small restaurants and bars.

The apartment was really spacious and well maintained , well stocked kitchen with utensils  .and since el chalten is small it takes about 10-15 minutes by walk from bus station to reach here ..The apartment has concrete floor so you don't hear people from other apartment..Room Heaters were working efficiently ....

.Tea , coffee and butter, shampoos and soaps , towels were provided .

Only thing which I disliked : 

1) Wifi was not working properly , I am not sure whether its same for every accomodation  in El chalten.

2) Non availability of non stick pan in kitchen which did burn our food ...Though we requested the host and she gave us small pan but it was not sufficient for what we wanted to make ...

3) I will suggest to book a remis by yourself to apartment and from apartment to bus station if you have luggage since the remis the host had called charged exorbitant price for 1 min distance ..As we just arrived in town we really didnt know our destination was just at 5 minutes distance by walk .

Overall it was a nice stay in apartment .
