On May 25th at noon we entered Serena Apart at night when the light in our room was cut off at that time of 11:40 p.m. not resolving and food had to be thrown away. We got on the roof at night. On the 26th by 11 a.m. we were still without light and the neighbors had a worse experience than us as they were flooded with room x leaks. The owner never communicated with us and the electrician never arrived. At 11 we left the place and will not return. It was a bad experience and it's a shame we had already gone once there was a good one. But this time we felt that there was no accompaniment with the problems that happened and solution.

Poor experience and slow response.

We stayed from February 4 to 12, 2023 with my wife and daughter, the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, the excellent care of both the cleaning staff and the reception.It is 4 blocks from the main center of Valeria del Mar and 40mts from the beach access.It has a pool, a lounge on each floor, a recreational patio and breakfast option included.He would definitely return.

We stayed in the apartment with my family from January 9th to the 16th. It's true that for the price we paid we expected a better service. It's a shame because the facilities are modern and spacious but the service leaves much to be desired. Lack of cleanliness in both the rooms and the pool. The internet of the seven days we stayed I think only involved 2.

Disappointed, poorly served.

I was staying in a room with a can from 9 to 16/01/22, unbreathable by the smell of cigarettes, when I claimed the only solution they gave me was to change bed linen and curtains (which they should have done before handing over the room and no xq yo reclaimara).A separate chapter is on the topic of water: gentlemen know that from 7:30 p.m. until 00:10 p.m. there is NO WATER IN ALL THE APART.Before the resuscitation, if you see q is for some passengers and for others no. Poor service, a real pity.

We stayed in the apartment with our two boys during the last week of March, early April. Excellent location 30 meters from the beach, with direct exit through a walkway, without having to be passing through meadows. It is a few blocks from the entrance to Carilo and five blocks from downtown. The apartment is very comfortable. All departments have a large freezer, a good kitchen, large rooms, a balcony where a table and five chairs (very good size) and a private grill enter. It also has a beautiful view of the gardens where the birds sing.

 Excellent option in Valeria del Mar.

We stayed for a week in the month of February. the mono environment is super complete. it has absolutely everything and the breakfast is very complete too. maria's attention is super cordial and the pool is so nice a little girl is just like the park. the location is very good, close to everything.

Very good option in valeria

We stayed in couple and with our dog for two nights excellent the place the attention the desyuno take him apart.It is a few meters from the beach and has air-conditioned stack, very comfortable apartments and everything necessary.We will return safely.

Excellent place to stay.

The place is nice, clean and well maintained, and one feels safe since there are professional staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the proximity to the beach is very advantageous.

Good place to be.

We called Gabriela and told her we wouldn't go that Saturday and Sunday we didn't know but we were going to call her that same Saturday afternoon to which she replied that she was booking us the place to go on Sunday and leave on Wednesday. We called her that afternoon and our reservation was already occupied by another family....and after all this, she didn't send us the reservation of $1500 but if they told us to come back. No no no no....that's what we asked. We decided that reservations and payments were wrong...that we only lost money if we thought the money was going to go through the bill and we only lost money if we did not pay it back because we hope that it would never come back.

An experience to forget.

We stayed at the beginning of December with my family and my dog. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The cozy pigs and the terrace with grill is super practical. The pool is ideal for children, it is tempered and super clean. We were able to move quietly around the hotel with the dog, unlike other hotels that only allow you access to some areas with pets. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is served in the room and is complete.
