We stayed from 7 to 11/2, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the treatment, humility, cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. Very nice and clean rooms, pool, park and grill. Excellent the average guesthouse!!!! From the beginning its members treated us with a warmth and humility of 10.

EXCELENTE ESTADIA is the name of the stadium.

The attention from the entire team is excellent. Very attentive and willing to help. The breakfast is very complete and the dinner is very rich, varied and very rich. Everything is homey and fresh!! The facilities in general are very clean and tidy. The pool and grill sector is very nice. Wifi throughout the hotel, with very good signal. Without a doubt we will be back!

MUY BUEN HOTEL is a great place to stay.

A very nice hotel for family, friends or a couple. The people are very friendly and can cook and give you everything. The super recommendations and the food too. A 5 blocks from the sea and the shopping center of Valeria.

Hotel clean, pleasant, well-located, very nice treatment of receptionists. Rich breakfast!! The only thing to note is that in the breakfast there is only one person who takes care of everything... En gral es un hotel lindo!!!

The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness excellent, the general establishment comfortable and the value is good considering breakfast and dinner, although breakfast was basic and dinner dishes were varied and abundant.

In general, very disorganized, nor did they have to schedule our reservation, made a few months in advance. Correct accommodation but not very bright. Correct cleaning. The breakfast is good, but quite basic; the schedule is until 11 am but they literally change it and short before. Regular care. It is a little far from the beach. There is no air conditioning.

The physical space as far as the rooms are concerned is comfortable. The attention of the staff is very poor. Because we were young, we were accused of missing two towels, when people left the hotel on that date. The manager's argument was that he has a hotel that is for young people and he knows that these things happen. We had a very bad weekend, as we had explained to him how far we had left the towels so as not to lose them and each time we returned to the hotel we asked if they had news of the same. Not only were we accused of that, but one of the employees told us if it's not a money problem, then we have to pay without giving us any solution or answer to what they were asking for.

Not enough attention.

It is a basic hotel, very simple, not unpleasant but expensive for what it offers.It is quite far from the beach, although located on the main avenue of Valeria, in a quiet area.The staff is very unprofessional but compensate for it with volunteerism.The common areas are fine but the rooms have many faults such as slender carpets, beds with polyester mattresses, worn sheets, antique and basic bathrooms, no intercom with the reception, little lighting, no air conditioning, no curtains blackout, and a long etc. The cleaning is fine.

Too basic for the price.

The hotel, although far from downtown, is a good option, the rooms were nice and the breakfast was right, it has a swimming pool in the hotel's garden. Everything was fine, the only reason I wouldn't return is because I prefer something more centralised.
