Clean and well maintained property.  IT'S in a great location. The owner is exceptionally attententive and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. I would recommend this property.  Good value for your money.  I have to ask about the horse back riding.....

Royal Palms is our favorite "go to" place to stay in Anguilla.  All amenities are provided, and the apartments are clean and well cared for.  Mary and Tracy Busby are regularly on site and responsive to all questions and any issues that might arise, including assistance with car rentals.  The pool area is gorgeous and well-maintained.  Located close to Rendezvous and Meads Bays, the location of Royal Palms is ideal. THANK YOU, Mary and Tracy, for another wonderful stay!

SO FOND of Royal Palms!

This is our second stay at Royal Palms which is located centrally in the middle of the island and we would not hesitate to stay again. We were warmly greeted by Dora who showed us to our second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Spotlessly clean,large living space with a full kitchen and a wonderful porch area overlooking St.Martin which provided wonderful breezes.Great WiFi, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels all provided. Thanks Mary and Tracey for sharing your place with our family. Your place is a gem!!!

Wonderful Royal Palms

I am fortunate to have had the unique chance to visit Anguilla again this year, after having stayed here at Royal Palms in February with my kids, parents and another family/friends.  Coming back, I knew I would enjoy staying here again - the units are fully equipped and beautifully furnished, and kept immaculately clean.  The gardens are beautiful and there's a beautiful breeze and views to enjoy from each balcony.  The pool offers a nice spot to relax after a day at the beach.  

Moreover, the hospitality and relaxed atmosphere here in this little gem of a spot are genuine and much appreciated.  Finally, returning this visit I experienced such a wonderful welcome - fresh flowers and a hug!  Thank you Mary!  So nice to be back.  

And much as I would like to keep this beautiful spot a secret for myself & family, I cannot - give Royal Palms Holiday a try, you won't regret it!

Another Vacation in Paradise

This had to be one of the most relaxing places in the Caribbean! Very small hotel just a few minutes from the beaches but in a great spot for exploring the island. Mary and Tracy Busby keep an immaculate 
place that has just the right amount of amenities. We had a two bedroom upstairs that was just perfect for three adults. If you want an escape from the crowds and a bit of local hospitality this is the place.

You will need a car to get around but just let Mary arrange all of your transportation needs. When visiting Anguilla skip those expensive resorts and enjoy tranquility for a fraction of the cost!

Royal Palms Holiday BLISS!

Brilliant place to stay. Clean, tidy and spacious rooms. Really friendly service and located on a good part of the island. Stayed there for a week and felt more than at home. Great House and Rendezvous Bay are are 15 minute walk away.

Great stay

Many hotels close during the down time (October), but not the Palms. Brilliant place, just what I needed - clean, close to everything and pretty reasonable. 

The team there were really helpful, even showing me around the Island.  It doesn’t serve food, but the rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen. I stayed in #7 which has two balconies. It’s a bit more private. I need  not get a dogs barking! 



My husband and I have been visiting Anguilla for 15 yrs and have stayed at Royal Palm for the last 8 visits. The rooms are huge and very well kept. I love having a full kitchen since most days we do eat breakfast at home. The balconies are very nice with great views of St Martin. Mary and Tracy are always available in case you need anything. We also like having beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. When we arrived in April we found that the cable was still not working since Irma. Mary had her nephew come over and get us connected though the internet so we had TV and wifi for the entire stay. I can't say enough about how much we love staying here. Mary and Tracy are wonderful and we feel like we are visiting family when we go back each year.

Another Wonderful Stay

Stayed here for 5 days during the off season. My only complaint was that our room was never serviced during our length of stay. On day 3, I found someone who gave us 2 towels & a half of roll of toilet paper. I would stay again during the off season, but ask for extras before the manager leaves.

Very quiet with a great view

We stayed at the Royal Palms for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool accompanied by views of the Caribbean Sea. Its in a good location as we were able to walk to a french bakery for coffee and croissants in the morning. I would stay here again.
