We slept two nights in this accomodation, the first and last day of our visit to Angola. The residence is located not far from the 4 de Fevereiro airport. From the outside, transiting with the car, it is not easy to find access to this residence, which occupies the first floor of a building. The street where it is located is very busy and access, with 24/7 security at main door, is via a staircase to the first floor. The staff at the reception is very kind and the few rooms are small, mostly with no window, but with everything you need. Even though they are near the road, the rooms are quiet, clean and you sleep well. Wifi works well. Breakfast is included in the room price. It's a buffet and very good. We dined there two times and ate well at a very reasonable price. The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from the airport for about $10 (which we didn't use). Considering the prices in Luanda, this accommodation is definitely good value for money. We will use it if we come back.
