Complex Ramosaco

I visited this lovely hotel with friends in September and enjoyed our 7 day stay. The hotel is situated in a gorgeous location opposite the hotel private beach. The room was clean and checked daily by staff at the hotel. It was an amazing room, well furnished, with fantastic balcony and beautiful sea view. The beds are very comfortable; each room has plenty of space and power points for various chargers. The bathroom was also cleaned daily with a supply of hot water. The owner made us feel comfortable right from the start. The service at the hotel was brilliant. The staff was extremely friendly. Everybody from the manager to the bar staff through the cleaning staff greeted us with a smile. The food was delicious with a great variety on offer with a lot of Albania speciality dishes. Everything was perfect. To be brutally honest....they make you feel like family. I can’t thank the owner and the amazing staff enough for their hospitality, kindness and helpfulness. The hotel made our stay in Albania memorable!!! Definitely recommended! Excellent food and lovely staff..... What more could anyone ask for? We will go back again as it's a great place to relax and get away from it all.
