Wonderful stay for our first night in Tirana. Room was spacious and comfortable, AC worked well, breakfast was delicious and service was superb throughout, especially the front desk. They also helped us park overnight at the hotel. Don’t expect much from the balcony though - wasn’t really designed as a place to sit and enjoy any view.

Hotel Kotoni is absolutely the best in Tirana! The service, location, food, safety is excellent! Family owned hotel that takes care of clients with attention to detail. The owner is present 24/7 and makes everyone feel special. There is a concierge desk, business center, gym etc. My family and friends will definitely  come back! Thank you for the best hospitality!

The hotel is very centrally located in the city center and is within walking distance of most attractions and many bars/restaurants. The room we had was spacious enough and quiet and our king-sized bed was quite comfortable.  The staff are very friendly and helpful and the front desk is manned 24 hours.  The breakfast is veery good and offers many traditional Albanian food options along with more standard fare food options.  I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the city center of Tirana.

If I could give a Michelin star to this amazing hotel , I would ! I had the most wonderful experience starting from the cleanness and comfort of the  room to the  touching hospitality of the owners ! Amazing location in the center of Tirana and a very  abundant breakfast, crafted every morning by the patisserie chef and owners themselves! The bar and the coffee are top quality and a very polite and professional stuff are there for you anytime 
I love everything about this hotel and most of all the effort that everyone puts to make your stay  unforgettable !

Best boutique hotel in Albania. It has an excellent location. The breakfast is excellent with organic vegetable and fruits, best omelette ever eaten. Family own, a very nice customized service. Spacious room, huge bathroom. Definitely the best place to stay in Tirana

Situated in a perfect location for all kinds of city activities, very close to the city centre which can be easily reached on foot, the hotel has a very dedicated and fully professional staff, very generous rooms with new, modern fittings and comfortable furnishings, and an ample breakfast with a very cosy possibility to dine outdoors. I highly recommend it!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed. The location was perfect. The entire hotel including the room was sparkling clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety   But most of all the Administrator and entire staff was professional and went above and beyond to assist us.  Thank you!

Highly recommend Hotel Boutique Kotoni, a modernized boutique scale building, situated on a quiet street just off one of the main thoroughfares of Tirana, walking distance to many attractions.  Spotlessly clean, friendly professional staff for whom nothing was too much trouble, excellent breakfast, faultless wifi, great bed with fresh crisp linen, all amenities in a comfortable room, including spacious desk and generous bathroom.  Not a larger hotel with views, gym etc but definitely a fantastic place from which to explore.  Sincere thanks to owner Badha and her team. 

Motivated staff members and their energy make Boutique Hotel Kotoni superb. Add the very central location, cleanliness, large room and firm bed. Breakfast was delicious. All that combined and it becomes a jewel in the very center of Tirana, although in a quiet side street. 
Because I had problems receiving foreign language news channels, the staff fixed it immediately and I had access to several foreign language news channels.

The ideal location for a perfect city stroll & co

3 1/2 stars...Quiet location, very quiet and spacious room (not great views, though). The breakfast buffet was pretty big, and you can order eggs made to your liking if you prefer that to the hot selections on the buffet. We were able to walk to restaurants and several tourist sites. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite.

This hotel, which is located on a side street, is a place to consider if you are looking for a quite hotel in the heart of Tirana.  There are plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.  This hotel accommodates tour groups so breakfast can be very busy.  I recommend checking with front desk in the evening to determine the departure time of the tour group in the morning so you can plan your breakfast time accordingly.

Quite stay in city center

Stayed in this boutique hotel as our last stop on a Gate1 tour of the Balkans. Well situated just off a main street (so quiet) bit just a short walk to sites and shops. Rooms are not large but there are several surfaces (coffee table/desk) for luggage. Safe, toiletries but no robes, slippers, kettle or iron. Blackout blinds on the window for a good sleep. Breakfast is adequate and do try the yogurt and fruit compotes. Bar area (not sure they serve any meal other than breakfast). Front desk was very helpful arranging transportation to the airport for the equivalent of 20 euros.

Gate1 tour

This was the end of our tour thru the Balkans and Tirana was our last stop before returning home. It is a small hotel located near most of the government offices and is in a very safe area. The room itself had a large double bed, a desk with a lamp, a functioning safe [easy to use in an 8 language instruction sheet] a wonderful bathroom with a raindrop and handheld shower with a marble floor and a heater in the shower. Toiletries are provided but there is no coffee or tea service and the minibar has no beer or alcoholic beverages. Although the shower is wonderful, the marble floor can get very slippery and there really should be a mat or decals to prevent a nasty fall. There is a widescreen TV and a large armoire in the room. The lobby is small and there is a bar to drinks off to one side and the staff is very accommodating. The breakfast is located in the basement and is comprehensive. I would recommend.

A comfortable stay!

After a roundtrip through Albania this little hotel was a great finish. The rooms have enough space and luxury to feel comfortable. The bathroom is awesome - the shower alone is worth to sty here longer. Never had such a big shower in a hotel before. There is a fine little bar and the breakfast was the best we had in the country.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful - a wonderful experience.

Fantastic little hotel near to the city center

Superior double is spacious - bedroom & bathroom with tub & shower. Very quiet with double windows, excellent AC, breakfast was good, front desk staffed by Era was lovely, very helpful . Manager was away and should feel confident in Era. Would stay again.
