If you planning to stay in Saranda town check this place/ hotel Hotel Myrtaj located in the center of Saranda in front of Parku I Miqesis, minute walk from the main beach. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are so clean. If you want to have a perfect view of Saranda make sure you stay on the 3rd floor the views are stunning. The hotel doesn't offer food but all the coffee shops, restaurants are next door. Price is good too. I am giving them 4star since they don't offer food or coffee apart from that this place is fantastic.
