18 reviewsDecided to stay at Sakura Hotel in Vung Tau after reading a guy recommending it in a forum. What a great decision. Keep in mind this is a budget style family run hotel. The place is run by a lovely woman who will do anything for you. I told her my room did not need cleaning, but she insisted to clean it. The little ammenities in the room and bathroom are amazing, unseen in my travels in Vietnam, and I have travelled a lot. My shower, amazingly hot with pressure, even has a massage mat to stand on for your feet. It’s enclosed too with a shower screen so nothing gets wet. Everything is provided in bathroom, different soaps and shampoos, even proper toothbrushes and toothpaste. Nice smart cable tv, elevator and aircon and fan in room, with a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. It’s in a good location, lots of little noodle places close by, and bigger shops just down the road. I would never consider another hotel in Vung Tau when next I visit. 6******
