Pacific Hotel

The rooms (including the bathroom) are very large so a cot (if available) could be used to accommodate more guests. Rooms were quiet as the hotel sits further off of the street in comparison to other hotels. Located close to a bustling park, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The decor is a little drab and Old VietNam so not bright and cheery, but it had a unique ambiance. 3rd floor room had a balcony that overlooked the entrance area, the park across the street, and the beach in the distance. There are restaurants that share a parking lot with the hotel, so you don't have to go far to eat if you choose not to. Room service costs no more than buying the items yourself (except for the tip). The bathroom sink leaked and a clock in the lobby did not function. Air conditioning was a little weak. Cleaning staff did not change our linens on the second day but replenished soap, shampoo, etc. The property was clean for VietNam. The room ran about $30US per night. No bed bugs and no roaches spotted.
