This place is not modern or new but the staff are incredibly happy and helpful and all the facilities work well. We could not get a booking for all of the dates we wanted so we booked what was supposed to be a more up market hotel. (What a joke 4 rooms in a couple of hours because the air conditioning didn't work it there were already people in the room). Thank goodness for the song huong and their ability to get us 4 rooms for the remaining 3 nights. Highly recommend this hotel.
